Mortgage Types

Ready Property

A ready property mortgage is financing used to purchase a property that is already completed and available for immediate occupancy. Unlike off-plan properties, the loan is processed based on the current market value of the unit, with funds released directly to the seller upon transfer. 

Refinance/Buyout

Refinancing/buyout means replacing your current mortgage with a new one, often to secure a better interest rate or to switch banks. This strategy is most often used when your fixed period is coming to an end and you’re about to switch to a variable rate. 

Equity Release

Equity release allows you to unlock the value built up in your property by borrowing against it. This can be used for cash needs such as additional property investments or to renovate your current property while you continue to own the property.

Handover
